Flipkart - Senior Manager - Sales - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (6-10 yrs)
Key expectations:
- Develop great relationship & Build Strategic Partnership with Category & Key Stakeholders. Be SPOC to identify and drive synergies with Category
- Monthly/Quarterly Business Plan Alignment with Category and Business Stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment and plan closures with category and internal stakeholders for key business accounts and new launches. Influence stakeholders and covert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional teams and drive the change required.
- Solve for ease of doing business for Large Categories and drive Growth. Understand the opportunities and create a viable business model.
- Understanding of Consumer Durable Service Industry and Stay on top of trends. Explore other similar industries and best practices.
- Understand the competition (Online and Offline Players) & their business model
- Improve Return Rate for Large, DPV & TF conversion.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree from Tier 1 School
- MBA from Tier 1 B-school
- Experience of business / growth/ category teams
