- Lead the solution design for large scale transport &; hub operations.

- Drive identification and implementation of turnkey projects enabling scalability and better reach to the customers.

- Business process improvements towards customer satisfaction & efficiency with thorough understanding of lean management fundamentals.

- Sound understanding of the airline cargo industry & surface cargo industry and excellent networking.

- Develop a seamless and easy transaction process for customer by syncing Service, distribution center and Last mile delivery.

- Ability to influence other leaders & teams and align them towards common, shared objectives.

- Very good alignment in understanding and operationalizing interstate transport solutions with tax compliance.

- Excellent people management skills and experience in large organizations preferred.

- Analytical & solution oriented with adequate resourcefulness.
