ROLE: Senior Manager/ Manager, Strategy & Growth Function- Jeeves-F1

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Objective:

- To develop competitive, industry, brand and customer insights which will help Jeeves-F1 deliver superior service performance and drive business growth

- To drive growth for Jeeves-F1 by identifying new business opportunities, devising growth trajectory of emerging opportunities and scaling prioritized set of existing category-service segments

- Candidate will be expected to conduct research and understand the needs from customer & brands perspective & identify service market trends by studying the competition & industry .

- Candidate is expected to work with leaders from Jeeves-F1 to identify the core competencies & identify - new opportunities- or chart - growth path for emerging opportunities- based on market potential and Jeeves-F1 competencies. S/He is expected to run pilots/ experiments (with support of Jeeves-f1 functional teams) to establish feasibility & scope of the new/ emerging opportunities

- Besides, the candidate will also collaborate with functional leaders to identify opportunities for service/ economics improvement in existing services & work closely to develop initiatives/ charter to address top business problems

QUALIFICATION:

Essential : 

- Bachelor's Degree from Tier 1 Engineering School

- MBA from Tier 1 B-school

Desirable : 

- Experience of working in consulting/ business growth teams

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 year experience working in strategy/ business roles
