Flipkart - Senior Manager - Growth (3-5 yrs)

- Looking for MBA graduates from Tier 1 College.

- Own initiatives to drive growth for the games charter at Flipkart including Game Zone (games on Flipkart app) and Hello Play (a social gaming app). This would require taking end-to-end ownership of growth initiatives including:

- Identification of need areas and conceptualization of initiatives that lead to growth for the games charter

- Tracking and analyzing performance and doing deep-dives as required

- Work closely with product and operations teams to optimise conversion rates and product metrics across marketing channels including but not limited to paid, organic and partnerships based.

- Come up with creative ways of growing revenue across both products through product features and partnerships

- Conceptualising various initiatives to drive customer growth for games at Flipkart, both marketing related and product driven, with specific objectives for different customer cohorts and having a focus on customer diversity

- Planning and program management of initiatives - construct planning, financial viability planning, product support and operational planning, ensuring legal compliance and subsequent execution of programs with stakeholders across various teams

- Own and drive impact of engagement through games on commerce metrics by working with categories/teams across Flipkart by aligning different business goals

- Build and foster game developer/publisher partnerships for the platform
 
What you'll need:

Educational background: MBA from the top institute

- 2-5 years of experience.

- Strong understanding of technology and business

- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion

- Highly analytical and detail-oriented

- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels

- Proven track record of increasing user engagement and retention and handling revenue and profitability goals.

- High ownership at the core
