About the team

The Consolidation and Reporting Team is part of Controller's Org. The key responsibilities of this team to handle the Monthly Financial Statement close, Consolidation Analysis Group Reporting under different GAAPs. It also manages the Technical Accounting, alignment of policies, Statutory Audits, Due Diligence, ESOP and Managing controllership activities of some entities.

About the role

This role would be multifaceted and the person should be the head of the finance of one of the newly incorporated entity. This shall include Consolidation Reporting both under IFRS and USGAAP, managing compliance, reporting and accounting aspect. Handling the Statutory, Internal & Tax audit and working closely with cross functional team to collate the information and to drive any change. Cross- functional work with business finance team, legal team, secretarial team.

What you- ll do:

- Lead and co-ordinate all financial and operational activities, MEC closure and reporting of financial performance of the JV.

- Should be responsible for all accounting, reporting and compliance activities i.e. legal, controllership, taxation, secretarial etc.

- Work closely with third party consultant for all activities related to JV.

- Complete the Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit for the JV.

- Support the strategic planning process by delivering high quality insights using analytics;

- AOP and Projections to be prepared and reviewed in consultation with the business finance.

- Track the Actuals Vs Projections on Monthly Basis and explain the variance analysis

- Completion of timely deliverables i.e. legal documents, tax filling/return/compliances and accounting reports.

- Interact and work closely with business stakeholders on any adhoc requirements. Preparation of Accounting Memo/ SOPs of all the control systems.

What you- ll need:

- CA + CS or MBA from a reputed business school

- 6 to 8 years of experience in financial analytics.

- Should have experience in delivering FP&A analytics/ finance accounting in a service organization

- Good knowledge of accounting and performance management.

- Strong grasp of business strategy, risks, and markets

- Excellent track record of working on diverse Finance projects - reporting and analytics

- Hands-on experience of various FP&A tools

- Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment

- Strong Analytical thinking and client management experience with hands-on experience in problem-solving

- Expertise in domain - FP&A, finance operations, corporate finance etc.

- Expertise in one of the visualization tool and performance reporting.

- Very strong verbal and written communication skills

- Vision and ability to build and implement scaled solutions
