Responsibilities - Responsible for developing, analyzing and executing ideas and initiatives designed to achieve business growth &amp; loss mitigation goals - Monitor loan book and market trends to provide guidance to business development team on loan pricing, seller / vendor marketing and sales efforts, and targeting - Identify new lenders to onboard and identify new borrower segments to target - Study borrower and lender experiences and drive initiatives to enhance these (collaborating with product/tech, operations teams) - Define business and operational targets and monitor performance - Drive operational rigour through metrics and lead horizontal initiatives Desired experience and competencies - 7-10 years of operating experience in Commercial lending unit of Bank / NBFC. Experience at new age lenders is a plus. Experience in portfolio management is a plus. Experience in consulting and industry bodies / regulators would be a plus - Thorough understanding of new age NBFC - Comprehensive 360 degree view to Commercial lending - Customer-backed and Technology-first thinking - Data/Analytics driven - Risk Management and Compliance Aware - Good at problem solving &amp; Decision Making - Ability to connect with people across teams and levels - Bias for action - Flipkart works at a very rapid pace
