About the Team:

- Antitrust Compliance (SME) is responsible for developing strategy relating to antitrust compliance, developing the compliance program, and providing direction and oversight on related compliance matters.

- This position must develop and implement strategies to cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics while developing and leveraging internal and external partnerships and networks to achieve business goals.

You are responsible for:

- Develop, enhance and align Flipkart Group's antitrust compliance program with Legal guidance and Walmart International compliance objectives. Collaborate closely with Walmart International

ounterparts to ensure sharing and leveraging of best practices.

- Understand India's regulatory environment and stay current on developments in order to facilitate a proactive compliance approach and influence long-term compliance strategy. Should ensure regular antitrust compliance training for all executives, managers and employees, especially those with sales and pricing responsibilities.

- Review business processes, identify the Antitrust compliance elements and ensure that the Anti-trust controls are built in the business processes.

- Advise and collaborate with strategic planning teams to develop strategies to manage identified antitrust risks and opportunities. Provide advice and direction regarding key decisions and controls required to achieve antitrust compliance objectives.

- Perform antitrust compliance monitoring and reporting of identified activities to ensure the adherence to, and continuous improvement against, compliance standards and controls.

- Partner with Legal and Internal Audit to determine audits and respond to audit findings. Review audit findings from internal and external audits and partner with business on development, implementation and closure of action plans.

- Identify key performance indicators for antitrust compliance programs and partner with Compliance analytics and reporting teams on the evaluation of company performance against such key indicators, driving continuous improvement in compliance program.

- Coordinate with Legal in connection with regulatory investigations and examinations.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following:

- LLB Degree.

- Must have worked in dealing / advising on competition law for 3-5 years

- Detailed understanding of Ecommerce, Marketplace business, Financial Services products and associated Antitrust regulations.

- Experienced in implementing and managing compliance programs.
