Location - Chennai

Asset City Logistics (Last-Mile operations)

Reporting to - Manager HRBP

Mandatory skill set:

- Should have worked with blue-collar workforce

- IR knowledge is a must

- Strong communication skills

- Team player

Job Description :

- He/she will be part of the Regional HR City Logistics team and work with the EKART HR

- Leaders to define & execute the HR strategy for the grocery & large Organization.

- Manage relations with internal customers.

- Partnering with them for building a robust People charter and scale up the organization as per business requirements.

- Be the leader with HR subject matter expertise & align HR best practices to business needs and employee.

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

- Prior experience in managing contractual workforce/Unions - specifically in larger volume.

- Experience/exposure in handling Union strikes will be a plus.

- Strong experience in IR/ER, local labor laws, and compliance.

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.

- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness

- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation

- The optimum candidate should possess an understanding of SC teams and how to grow and develop SC leaders.
