Role: Regional Manager - MH TC Operations Location : Mumbai Mother Hub and Transport center operations involves sortation of inbound inventory and Transport connection of processed shipments through standard set of processes and Lean principals. While Process knowledge and execution is integral part of profile, People management forms the critical skill set to achieve the same. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a large setup with good communication skill and willing to work out of any location. Technical expertise would be an added advantage. Job Description : - - Spearhead Regional MHTC operations. - Accountable for achieving the target performance Metrices of cost, Speed and reliability. - Develop, mentor and motivate the team in the region to achieve higher goals. - Need to build and maintain Lean culture in all facilities - Work closely with Linehaul and City logistics for optimization of Network in his region - Support the central team /Design team in new initiative and projects. - Drive on-the-ground implementation of any new technology/System/Processes in his region. - Assisting F&amp;I and Design in validating the new asset requirements.
