Job Description:  - Support the end to end Supply Chain Design, Planning, Product, Engineering, and Operations execution teams comprising of Functional experts from FC, Transportation and City Logistics by analyzing & developing innovative supply chain solutions and standardizing operating processes to achieve consistent business results.  Responsibilities  - Collate the Voice of Categories & External Clients into scalable design needs  - Assess the existing forward fulfillment services (Economy/Regular/NDD/SDD) and support smooth fulfillment of external client asks  - Evaluate the onboarding process for new clients and support the team with scalable solutions.  Competencies:  - Translating Business Services need into scalable design needs  - Understands process linkages across Supply Chain and their implications on Supply Chain and can design processes for scale for the fulfillment of services within an asset/across asset  - Leverage Operations Research and other decision sciences to design a scalable and cost-effective solution  - Understands data deeply and leverages around Design choices. Can work in an ambiguous environment where data may not be available. Understands financial implications for the design choices and able to use that for making decisions.  - Work collaboratively with a variety of teams and capture their inputs into SC Design  Qualification:  - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain from Tier-A institutes  - Exposure to Business Process Re-engineering, Lean/6 Sigma, QMS etc will be added advantage
