Flipkart - Marketing & Communication Role - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (7-12 yrs)
Person would be responsible :
- Develop the brand architecture and brand strategy playbook
- Own key success metrics and analyse performance
- Handpick the right business partners (creative agency / digital agency) and build a strong relationship with them
- Creative execution of the strategy through branding and communication
- Extend brand imagery into the entire customer experience to build a differentiated experience and create delight
- Identify non traditional levers to activate the brand eg: Influencers, Events, Engagement
- For developing a deep consumer understanding of triggers and barriers for of online shopping across categories
- Manage both internal and external communication.
- Manage Social Media presence & Website.

Must Have Skills:
- MBA from Tier 1, B-School is a must
- At least 7 years of Strong marketing & communication experience in premier marketing led organizations
- Deep consumer orientation and ability to convert consumer speak to - business relevant actionable insights
- Experience in handling Brand development & Communication Agencies
- Strong communication and influencing skills
