Manager - Vendor Development

1. Maintain and build supplier network

2. Maintaining an approved supplier, contractors and subcontractors database including approval and review process.

3. Maintain a database of prices and market information with review and historic tracking facilities

4. Assessing the performance of the vendors and vendor rating based on various criteria such as the percentage of rejections, quality improvements, timely delivery, credit terms, etc.

5. Identifying, selecting, assessing pre-qualification documents of vendors, and categorizing them based on capability, capacity, feasibility and market goodwill.

6. Drafting contracts, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) & annual rate contracts (ARCs), Outline Agreements and issuance of the same as well as dispute resolution, review and amendment of contracts as per requirement

7. Aligning the vendors and process for import goods

8. Resourceful in ensuring vendors & contractors meet quality, delivery, cost & service expectations as well as providing outstanding value in supplier innovation.

9. Should be agressive and self-motivated in terms of vendor evaluation & contract nego...

10. Lead and participate in selecting suppliers and preparation of commercial terms for contract manufacturing

11. Should be well connected with the market and update himself in terms of price fall, alternate product portfolio etc..

12. Willing to travel 70% PAN India

13. Should explore the company policy and procedures to the vendor and maintain high standard of ethics and integrity
