- Formulate robust last mile delivery plan for new catchment areas / markets

- Identify target sites in high potential locations

- Develop market strategies for new centre expansion in the assigned geographies

- Achieve serviceability in the new catchments in the markets identified as per the business

- Plan and Conduct financial analysis and technical feasibility for logistics at new locations

- Streamline and formulate robust legal agreement for new catchments with aim to ensure statutory adherence and mitigate organizational risk exposure

- Maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective service providers

- Will be responsible to find potential partners who can provide logistics services in new areas and catchments




The expansion manager also needs to run the background check on the service partners according to company's guidelines.

- Will be responsible for end to end execution of the pilot at stores

- Identifying the potential volumes and carry out the demand generation plan

- Responsible for collecting the documents from the partners and complete the on boarding process

- Regular supervision and monitoring of the new projects till it reached to steady state

- Simplify existing processes and implement new strategic processes when there is opportunity

- Structure projects and define the metrics to measure success, ensuring the impact is accurately measured (progress, KPIs, communication, results, team management etc).

If a project is successful, this becomes the new way of working. You ensure full roll-out and adoption across the organisation.

- Support & guide local projects and thereby help driving a new project management capability in the organisation.

- Manage relevant stakeholders across the organisation.

Dont just address individual problems but identify broader patterns, solving problems at scale across the organisation.

- Identify projects with the biggest impact on the company and assemble cross-country project teams.

- Improve the speed to complete important projects on the roadmap

- Manage regular project reviews and deep dives with partner list; set and guide project goals.

- Track deliverables and action items held by multiple teams.

- Be the business expert on assigned expansion and operations projects while keeping up-to-date with the roadmap strategy, projections, and hiring plans that inform important launches and special projects.

- Communicate with leaders at all levels on the plans, status and important issues.

- Desire to unblock any project barriers and escalate when needed.

- Establish and guide adoption of program frameworks, tools and best practices. Lead post project analysis to guide future projects
