Responsibilities: - Minimum experience of 10-13 yrs into core Talent Acquisition space with similar set of industry (not mandate from Tier 1) - Accountable for managing the Lateral Hiring (Mid to Senior level) recruitment for Supply Chain function. - Excellent exposure and ability to make strategies of current recruitment and hiring trends like social media etc. - Manage &amp; lead the team. Define the KRA &amp; drive results. - Build and Strengthen the market research, pipeline building activities, proactive engagement process with active and passive candidate pool. - Review and build a Recruiting framework for volume to mid level recruitment function. - Drive definition and implementation of various Recruiting processes like - demand forecasting &amp; management, Sourcing strategy, negotiations, vendor management, candidate engagement processes, refinement of evaluation criteria, definition of Service level metrics etc. - Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in workforce planning and execution of the Recruitment process. Must Have Skills: - Minimum experience of 11 years in Non-Tech recruitment with bulk-hiring exposure. - Minimum of 2 years of experience into team handling. - Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment. - Well updated with latest hiring trends in TA space especially with Social media hiring. - Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand business requirements and translate those into recruiting efforts. - High focus on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverable. - Strong communication, interpersonal skills - ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations - Sharp analytical capabilities, around - data interpretation, analyzing situations and driving actions most suited to achieve high impact outcomes.
