Sparepart / Mobile Procurement

- Managing biz procurement ( L/T reduction, forecast aligning, Price nego, Interlock, responsible for TAT adherence )

- Provide inputs to the procurement strategy for materials to be sourced centrally in domestic markets, or to be imported in consultation with the user department.

- Formulating cost estimation based on a bill of quantity (BOQ) through the back-up database, DSR rates along with conducting cost breakdown analysis.

- Resolving technical issues between vendors and factory team to have the right spec in place

- Developing weekly & monthly MIS for monitoring of procurement activities and sharing the same with top management.

- Team Management

- Must have subject knowledge of Procurement and Data analytics

- Should have handled bulk procurement of core components of IT spares & consumables in a large vendor base.

- Capable enough to handle sourcing through identification of cost-effective vendors/suppliers for procurement with an aim of reducing cost while improving quality & reliability

- Should have techno-commercial acumen and be good at vendor negotiation.

- Should be well- versed with the latest trends in procurement and have sound knowledge in domestic and international markets.

- Proficient in cost analysis
