Flipkart - Manager/Senior Manager - Category Marketing (2-6 yrs)
Looking for MBA passouts from Tier 1 colleges (Batch 2017,2018,2019,2020) for Category marketing role in various categories Flipkart
Must haves :
1. Ability to translate complex business tasks into simplified tasks and drive closures with multiple stakeholders
2. Be comfortable with both creative and business dimensions
3. Strategize and execute large scale on platform initiatives
4. Be able to translate product propositions into internal pitches as required to drive stakeholder approvals and buy-ins
5. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a core brand management / Merchandising/ Digital Marketing/ Customer Marketing/ GTM etc. (FMCG Experience Preferred)
Role Dimensions (Competencies) :
1. End to End ownership of driving on platform initiatives for Large Appliances for driving growth by working closely with product teams on multiple projects
2. Making Merchandising Efficient- defining project objectives, success metrics and driving experiments to make merchandising efficient
3. Research Orientation: Showcases problem oriented and critical thinking. Adapts a research based approach to problems and understands industry best practices
4. Customer Orientation - Puts the customer at the beginning, centre & end of every decision
5. Data & Analytics: Strong Analytical Ability. Drives continuous measurement and improvement of all on platform merchandising initiatives.
6. Managing Stakeholders: Forms, monitors and maintains constructive relationships with stakeholders by managing their expectations and moves the project/business towards its stated goals
7. Planning: The ability to think clearly and logically to understand the problem statement, provide solutions where relevant and share it with relevant stakeholders.
8. Business Understanding: Demonstrates keenness and quickness in understanding a Fk business and macro trends affecting business
