Job Description :

- Study different processes, drive standardization and eliminate non value added activities.

- Study and design the mother hub layouts which will help in faster in-bound and Outbound of items, faster dock turn around.

- Study and design the mother hub layouts which will help in faster wave change over concept.

- Drive timely and focused Lean and Six Sigma projects resulting in measurable business improvements, efficiency and scalability of Sortation Centers

- Establish systems and define KPIs to monitor the performance of process and resources.

- Should have a good knowledge on LEAN and Six Sigma, to drive continuous improvement projects

Education/Experience :

- Bachelors / Master's Degree in any discipline with min 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/ Automobile operations

- LEAN Six Sigma preferred

- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills

- Good project management experience

- Ability to influence other teams and align them towards the common goals.
