Flipkart - Manager - Mobiles Growth Team (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be part of the Mobiles Growth team, which builds & runs all the new cutting-edge capabilities & offerings, that ensures Flipkart retains its market leadership in Mobiles (some examples of initiatives driven by the team include - Product Exchange, No Cost EMIs, Buyback Guarantee, Phone Set-up, E-promoter, Flipkart-Apple partnership)
- Identify & build growth capabilities & enablers that will drive significant growth in online sales of Mobiles in India. These growth opportunities could span across conversion improvement, new customer acquisition & inorganic growth areas.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to pilot, build & scale such capabilities in a sustainable manner. Own, set-up and track output metrics for each project (GMV upside, Adoption, ROI)
- Build and manage external partnerships that allow Flipkart to acquire new customers from the universe of offline shoppers for the category
- Deep dive on the behavioural understanding of offline shoppers and understand levers to drive them to purchase with Flipkart
What You Should Have:
- Strong orientation for Sales and business development with experience with the understanding of General trade and Modern trade
- Good business understanding, ability to derive from insight to business recommendation
- Program management skills, interpersonal communication, ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.
- The candidate should be proactive, self-starter & highly motivated, able to navigate through complex programs independently.
- Strong Flipkart first & customer first orientation
- Experience in Sales/Category management roles in FMCG/Offline retail
