Responsibilities: - Drive growth initiatives for Flipkart Fulfillment charter - critical to improving speed of delivery to end customer - Bulid Flipkat Fulfillment as sustainable and scalable Fulfillment model of choice for Sellers. Make each sub component of the program scalable - Build capacity Management systems for optimum utilization of existing fulfillment capacities - Implement predictive recommendation engine which can ensure optimal inventory placement at each location - Use all means possible to attract more number of Sellers on to the program. Build customer centric policies, if required to shape seller behaviour - Drive business and drive new initiatives to achieve targets - Build working relationships with multiple stakeholders to ensure growth of the overall program - Report key metrics to Senior Management and actions being taken to improve upon them Requirements: - Proficiency in data driven outputs and proper visualization tools, Analytical approach to problem solving, Performance Management, Planning, Strategic initiatives, Stakeholder Management - 2+ Years of Experience in Planning/Strategy/Consulting/Program Management Roles - Brief understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain Management in an E-com setup
