Job Description :
- Identify and plan for implementation of different/new training techniques/programs for the span
- Take initiatives to improve CSAT scores and to meet Operations targets for the learners
- Effectively allocate budget for different programs and find solutions to implement required trainings in a cost effective manner
- Analyse the ROI and impact of various training programs
- Ensure effective implementation of various new learning projects, initiatives for the span and their deployment
- Participate in the hiring process, training and managing the team of trainers as required for the span and oversee resource utilization
- Align and develop the resources to effectively deliver trainings
- Oversee training efficacy for the span regularly, solving any bottlenecks
- Maintaining and evaluating relationships with third party training providers when required
- Act as the go-to lead for any questions or queries related to the various training and development programs
- Ensure effective and timely delivery of various trainings for processes, inductions, behavioral, refresher and any other training requirements
- Conduct and drive any ad-hoc training as required
- Managing development of employees from a training perspective
- Maintain training records, measure learning effectiveness and impact as well as evaluation, feedback for assigned programs
- Identify any gaps in trainings and identify needs based on various metrics and feedbacks received
- Oversee that general logistics and administration for the various training programs conducted for the entire span
- Collaborate with various business leaders and stakeholders across the organization, developing full understanding of their needs and training requirements
- Strong understanding of and constantly keep up to date with various training methodologies and understanding of adult learning principles
- Coordinate for IDPs with HRBPs and managers for developmental/capability building programs to help employees make the most of training programs
