Job Responsibilities would include (but not limited to): 1. Partner in conceptualising and implementing new leadership interventions. 2. Compare and evaluate external consultants and proposals in line with program design. 3. Co facilitate workshops and support in effectiveness sessions/ touch points/ IDP implementation of various tracks. 4. Program management - Partner with SPOCs from other BUs to ensure effectiveness of leadership programs in their BU. 5. Partner with business finance and procurement teams to effectively manage the leadership budget. 6. Maintain and publish dashboards and audit checks on the adherence to governance framework. 7. Monitor training coordination and help support with appropriate data.
