We are looking for a Manager HRBP (Process Excellence) based out at Bangalore location. HR Process Design: Design and help implement new HRBP, TA and L&amp;D processes which create short-term and long-term value for the HR Team and the organization. Process Improvement &amp; Excellence: Be responsible for implementing change, reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing HR processes, conduct process audits, and manage the process improvement cycle. Internal Process Consultant: - Work as an internal HR strategy consultant to understand and solve the pain points of the HR teams through process improvement and re-engineering. Play a major role in enhancements of current HR systems to meet changing business needs and priorities. - Take control of the HR processes at the Business level across all geographies. Create efficiencies by restructuring process/policy along with automating by liasoning with the product team. Attributes we are looking for: - Ability to work with the senior HR leadership and management teams across business units. - Should be comfortable managing and working with ambiguity and finding solutions. - Ability to build a connection on the ground with the HR, Line managers and employees to figure out actual problems related to the people process and fix them. - Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization. - Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment, along with high business judgment and prioritization.
