Flipkart - Manager - HR Business Partner (4-15 yrs)
He/she will be part of the Regional HR Leadership team and work with the EKART HR Leaders to define & execute the HR strategy for the FCMHLH
- Accountable for managing the mid-level recruitment function for the SCM operations from search, selection, assessment and on boarding activities.
- Accountable for managing Blue Collar Hiring for Fulfilment Centre, Mother Hub and Line Haul
- Provide HR support related to HR system and supports stakeholders in HR decision and road-map
- Drive adherence to HR process, metric and plan
- Implement talent management strategies and develop relationship with business to drive org goals.
- Implement and drive HR programs for the site and also be a SPOC for certain key processes.
- Acts as an advisor to Operation Managers to handle grievances, queries related to HR.
- Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyse, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR.
- Be HR subject matter expert & align HR best practices to business needs and employee.
- Drive and ensure closure of employees issues, maintain employee relations across assets
- Conduct open house / townhall to address any employee issues, communicate to engage.
- Own and drive performance development across FCMHLH assets.
- Drive employee engagement, derive scores and analyse the same and formulate action plan along with business stakeholders.
- Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering.
- Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
