About The Role :
The opening is for DC Central Operations Team in Ekart in the Large & Furniture Business Unit of Flipkart. The candidate will be part of the Outbound team and will be responsible for leading Cross Dock Operational Planning and Execution, Network & Speed Optimization, Productivity & Cost Optimization.

DC Operations is the Warehousing part of Ekart which is dispatching 4 Lakh Large & Furniture orders a month across India. DC Operations delivers a consistent excellence in consumer experience by Operating reliably, providing industry best warehousing performance and managing variability at scale.
What You'll Need :
- Education - BE / MBA (Operations - Tier I Institute)
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain & Warehousing.
- Good E-Commerce Supply Chain Knowledge
- Strong analytical & communication skill, Problem Solving Techniques and Good Stakeholder Management Skills
- Preferably exposure to Cross Docking / Mother hub operations.
