Flipkart - Manager - Control Tower - Supply Chain Asset Metrics

What you'll do -

1. Have a detailed view and insight of supply chain Asset metrics which impact reliability & speed of end-to-end supply chain

2. Own key KPIs of function impacting reliability and end to end supply chain and collaborate with planning, design and operations for day-to-day execution

3. Identify opportunities to bring continuous improvements / transformational changes for the asset and manage execution with asset ops, planning and design teams

4. Intervene structurally to cater to the dynamic nature of supply network while collaborating with analytics & product teams

5. Drive cross-functional project management for new sites onboarding - driving the efficiency to bring first-time excellence in the execution

6. Challenge the status quo and be innovative in improving ways of working for respective functions

What you'll need:

- B.E/B.Tech/MBA or any other similar qualification

- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in the supply chain domain including people management experience

- Deep understanding of Logistics operations in a highly scalable and available set-up

- Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality deliverables on time.

- Experience with recruiting, coaching, mentoring and retaining the best technical talent

- Able to work with diverse teams which include design, product, technology.
