Flipkart - Manager - City Logistics Analytics

Job Description :

- Responsible for Analytics and Capacity Planning for First Mile

- Will lead a team of 3-4 motivated analysts

- Analyzing various parameters to ensure customer delight, Speed and Reliability

- Ensuring Capacity deficits are kept to the minimum

- Ensuring that Spillage targets are achieved

- Driving hiring with the zone with the Spillage view

- Ensure the hubs do not go under Stress through on time Capacity actions

- Identify key improvement levers for different metrics - Speed/Reliability/Cost

- Support the leadership in effective decision making through data insights

- Identify opportunities to develop dashboards/decision support for the Ground team to enhance their efficiencies

- Translate the strategy level discussions to tactical actions

What you'll need :

- Graduation/MBA

- Should have at least 4-8 years of relevant experience

- Should have handled a team of 3-4 people

- Good Analytical skillset

- Adept at Communication/Stakeholder management

- Knowledge of database tools like Power BI, SQL, R Programming, MS Excel etc.

- Project management drive
