About the team :

City Logistics is a team under Flipkart, which ensures that a smile is brought to customers through the delivery of their ordered parcels, which operates in a Zonal construct. The team focuses on the Last Mile and First Mile of the e-commerce chain with attention to speed and reliability in the deliveries.

The team is a self-driven team with extensive experience in bringing delights to the customer in the overall services

About the role :

The incumbent would be leading the Analytics for the City logistics. In this role, he would be responsible to share data-based insights to the leadership for effective decision making. The person would also bring a wider perspective to the problem at hand for the ground team and show the strategic direction to the team

What you'll do :

- Responsible for Analytics for City Logistics

- Will lead a team of 3-4 motivated analysts

- Analyzing various parameters to ensure customer delight, Speed and Reliability

- Ensure the payouts and incentives are closely monitored timely

- Identify key improvement levers for different metrics - Speed/Reliability/Cost

- Support the leadership in effective decision making through data insights

- Identify opportunities to develop dashboards/decision support for the Ground team to enhance their efficiencies

- Translate the strategy level discussions to tactical actions

What you'll need :

- Graduation/MBA

- Should have at least 4-8 years of relevant experience

- Should have handled a team of 3-4 people

- Good Analytical skillset

- Adept at Communication/Stakeholder management

- Knowledge of database tools like Power BI, SQL, R Programming, MS Excel etc.
