Flipkart - Manager - City Logistics

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Managing Externalization logistics Operations for PAN India operations

- Define and Monitor Key Operation Metrics daily and identifying improving areas by doing RCAs and taking corrective actions

- Enable strong processes, systems and capabilities to identify operational issues faster and avoid repeat occurrences.

- Define short term and long-term targets around key metrics and building execution structure around the same to achieve it

- Balance the short term and long-term goals of the team while working on the project and drive right decision making and performance culture

- Daily Coordination with internal and external stakeholder to solve day to day operational issues

- Analyze repeat problems and solve them structurally with strong SOP and systems

- Managing and coaching team size of 8-10 people

- Provide necessary tools and reporting access to team and clients

- Analyze large scale operational data and utilize insights from the same for continuous operational improvement

Requirements and Skill sets:

- B.E. + MBA in Supply chain and Operations Preferred

- 3-6 years of work experience in Operations/Logistics

- Sound knowledge of logistics Operations

- Strong Stakeholder management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in continuous changing environment

- Strong problem solving skills
