About the role : We are looking for a passionate business development manager for our newly launched Flipkart Boost program to onboard and enable growth for digital first, consumer first brands on Flipkart. Market Understanding : Know the customer: Deeply understand customer behavior, develop new customer insights Know the market : Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc. Know the competition : Understand on-line and off-line players. Influence the leadership : Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required Brand Management : - Develop deep and long-standing relationship with the Brands - to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical - Own the terms of business with the Brand - Products, Returns, Monetization etc. - Work with brands to enable entire selection on platform at the best pricing - Plan and manage inventory to assure reliability and speed to customers - Monitor and drive Brand performance campaigns in collaboration with category, marketing team, Business intelligence and internal analytics Desired skills and experience : - Graduation/Post -Graduation from Tier 1 college; MBA is preferred - Knowledge of Retail, Ecommerce and 3-4 years of experience as a KAM - Experience of working with new age brands is a plus - Program management skills, relationship management, interpersonal communication - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams with an eye for detail - Strong analytical &amp; problem solving skills, data driven decision making - Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills - Strong customer orientation
