About the team

The Central Maintenance team ( CMT ) Started its Journey in Flipkart from 2016 March, We are The Owner to Maintain the high End Automation Equipment like Automated Storage retrieval Systems ( ASRS ), Sorters, Conveyors, profilers, Spiral System Etc., All our Equipment are Spread cross PAN India & Controlled under Zonal Level management, This team Will Work for 24 x7 to Keep the Automation Equipment Uptime as per Agreed SLA

About the role

The Role is Responsible for Managing Automation maintenance Systems in BTS RNS FC / MH Assets - West Zone only . He is responsible for all day to day Maintenance operations Management at Site like Daily Management, preventive Management, People Management & Spares, he also need to commit to Meet the Key Maintenance SLAs like uptime, MTTR, Skill Level & Spares Availability at Site

What you'll do:

1. Able to Manage 20 + team at Site Level and take complete ownership of equipment in the site

2. Need To Work Out Entire Maintenance AOP year on Year

3. Overall Maintenance Budget & Control Management

4. Able to Communicate with leadership Level ( Report / Presentations )

5. PDCA ( Daily / weekly / Monthly review of Assets )

6. Reporting performance KPI to Stake Holders

7. Able to Drive kaizen for Optimization of Resources

8.Able to Skill up the team to meet 24 x7 Uptime target of Equipment

9. Able to Work under Pressure 10. Good Team Player D

QUALIFICATION: BE / B.tech ( mech / electrical / Mechatronics )

AGE: 30- 38

Overall Exp / Relevant Exp : 7-10 yrs / 5 yrs Relevant Exp : E commerce . Conveyors systems, Intelligent automation systems & general Maintenance

BASIC KPIs: Entire Site Automation Equipment Uptime & Safety Metric Management

WORK / REPORTING LOCATION: Mumbai, Flipkart Warehouse

REPORTING TO: Associate Director - G .Vasudevan ( ETV Bengaluru )

Skill Requirements

1. Knowledge & Work Experience in PLC, VFD, Embedded, Ware House Software WCS, Scada Etc.

Relevant Work Experience Requirements

1. Conveyor Systems ( Roller / Belt / Spiral ) based on PLC

2. Automatic weighing systems and Dimensioning systems

3. Skills in different electrical / network architecture 3. First Preference for E Commerce & FMCG Back Ground C

Other Requirement

1. Need to be resided 30 Kms Radius

2. 24/7 availability over phone

3. Must Have 2 W / 4 W to Travel to site

Preference on Candidate

1. Must able to Speak : Hindi, English & Marathi

2. High Fluency In using Online Soft tools For quick Communication
