Location: Bangalore
Job Summary:
- The position reports in to the Head (Ekart and CS Experience) for Lock in and is responsible to work with Ekart , CS & matrix functions to create a long term service offerings for Lock in Customers.
- The role will entail identifying all benefits which can be differentiators for Lock in Customers and then operationalizing it E2E jointly with Product and Business teams,.
- The role will be an Individual Contributor role where he/she would be engaging himself in solving planning, design and operational problems by getting deep into data, bringing insights and preparing the business case for change
Ekart -
- Working with Ekart for all Lock in requirements both for short to long term [Forward/Reverse / Service Recovery / E2E Metrices ]
- Defining and Managing KPI's across Ekart Functions for Lockin
- Work aggressively with Ekart and matrix functions to improve the speed and cost of fulfillment
CS -
- Working with CS for all Lock in requirements both for short to long term [ Access / Call Experience/ Resolution Escalations / Service Recovery ]
- Defining and Managing KPI's across CS Functions for Lock in
Desired skills and experience :
- Engineering background, (MBA preferable) with experience of working in planning function
- Ability to work with Spreadsheets, and willingness to learn and do simulations in R
- Should have Rational decision-making, negotiating and influencing skills with an analytical work style.
- Taking Accountability, initiative with integrity and maturity are pre- requisites.
- Should have Ability to deal with huge ambiguous data sets coming - out disparate systems - and - in tools and spreadsheets of - several distributed teams
- Strong Self Conviction and passionate
- Willing to travel, if required
