ABOUT THE ROLE:

FCC is looking for an experienced B2B SAAS sales leader to drive sales and build a team of dynamic sales professionals. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key leadership role in a growing start-up within Flipkart. We- re looking for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives on challenges and is looking for an opportunity to take their sales experience to the next level.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As the Head of Sales, you'll be responsible for consulting with C-Level executives and helping them understand how FCC products can create new efficiencies and impact their retail/ecommerce business. We're looking for a sharp, energetic, and detail-oriented person who is passionate about implementing solutions that transform the status quo. This individual will be in a key client-facing role; building, managing and developing a high-performance sales team; creating a methodical, data driven sales process; filling and driving the sales pipeline; and closing enterprise-level deals across all industry verticals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive sales, aggressively expand the client base and generate new revenue

- Build strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-size businesses

- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals

- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling sales pitch to meet their needs

- Contact potential prospects from personally generated research to build a robust sales pipeline

- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.

- Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution or partnerships

- Hire, train and lead a team of high-performing Sale representatives and Account Executives as the function grows

- Work with internal team members (product, consulting, service delivery) to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients

- At scale, leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals

- Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development

- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION :

- Min 8 years of experience in sales

- Experience on enterprise SaaS sales

- Record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

- Experience with both inside & outside sales, including lead generation & outbound prospecting

- Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients

- Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills a must (comfortable
presenting alone in front of large groups)

- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment where self-motivated individuals succeed

- Established relationships with Senior and C-level executives across international markets such as Europe, Middle east, Africa, South-East Asia

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field

- Good to have experience in Enterprise SAAS sales or Adtech platform sales

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES :

- Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing, listening. Articulate and persuasive; can communicate difficult and complex matters in a straightforward, transparent manner

- Ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with both internal and external clients

- Ability to grasp concepts quickly, think beyond traditional methods

- A team orientation will be a valuable addition to a collegiate, collaborative environment

- Proactive and self-motivated. Action bias with a strong sense of urgency
