Flipkart - Associate Director - Investor Relations

About the role:

AD role in the Investor Relations team will work closely with senior management to strategize and execute capital raising (private & public) plans and manage investor relations for the largest consumer tech company of India.

You are responsible for:

- Planning, and execution of the company's investor relations strategy

- Serve as point of contact for investment community (investors, analysts, exchange representatives, etc.), maintain database of interactions, and convey sentiments and feedback to management

- Coordinating and participation in investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst / investor days and 1-1 meetings

- Development of investor communications, including corporate presentation decks, financial reports, etc

- Track and analyze shareholder base and investment trends for the company, its peers, and its competitors to inform investor targeting strategy and monitor impact of strategy over time

- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion

- Work with comms and legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters and IPO preparation

- Help prepare the company's Annual Report

You should have:

- 7-9 years experience in pure IR/ Investment Banking/equity sales role with corporates/Investment banks, with experience in capital markets and fund raising

- Prior experience in handling Financial Modelling, Preparation of Pitch Books, and possess Project Management Skills

- Proven ability to develop and present investor materials (both in written form and in-person presentations), build new relationships and manage existing relationships

- Should have the presence and gravitas to represent company

- Self-motivated to work in the function from scratch, highly motivated and should be a team player.
