About the team :

The Consolidation and Reporting Team is part of Controller's Org. The key responsibilities of this team to handle the Monthly Financial Statement close, Consolidation Analysis and Group Reporting under different GAAPs. It also manages the Technical Accounting, alignment of group accounting policies, Statutory Audits, Due Diligence, ESOP, Associate Accounting, Impairment Assessment, etc.

About the role :

This role would be multifaceted and would include Consolidation Reporting both under IFRS and USGAAP, IPO preparedness, conducting due diligence for any acquisitions, identifying areas of automation, handling the Statutory audit which includes Quarterly and Yearly Audits and working closely with cross functional team to collate the information and to drive any change.

What you'll do :

- Monthly Book Close per IFRS and USGAAP

- Handling Quarterly and Yearly Audits for the Group

- Review of Consol. PL, BS, Cash flow at BU Level and Consol. Level

- Handling various projects and take the lead to complete it.

- Preparation of Board and Audit Committee Presentation

- Involved in Due Diligence of any M&A deals

- Active participation on IPO related activities

- Ensuring consistency in Group Accounting Policies across all the entities

- Preparation and Identification of GAAP difference related to Books maintained in IFRS and USGAAP

- Preparation of Accounting Memo on any complex Accounting issues.

What you'll need :

- Chartered Accountant is must. Any additional degree like CPA, ACCA, Diploma in IFRS is a plus.

- 9-12 years of working experience in Group Consolidation, Hyperion, Associate and Investment Accounting.

- Strong Technical Knowledge of IFRS, IND AS and USGAAP.

- US SEC Reporting and handling of SEC queries will be big plus.

- Candidate with experience in E-commerce / Retail would be preferable.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interface with cross -functional teams

- Strong Team player and ability to mentor the high performing team.
