Position Background:

This role will play a critical role in designing robust and scalable processes for Large operations towards meeting key business outcomes including Speed, Cost, Profitability, Reliability and Customer Experience

Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders across several functions (including Ground operations, Product and Tech and Head Office teams) towards delivering the required project objectives

- Lead and/or manage projects and programs and meet the expectations of stakeholders

- Continuously benchmark best practices in Large operations function, evaluate them in context of Flipkart/F1Jeeves and drive the necessary changes for them to be implemented.

- Design and champion new processes which support Flipkart/ F1Jeeves strategy and launch of customer centric services for Flipkart/F1Jeeves

Desired Skills and Experience:

An understanding and knowledge of critical distribution and Supply Chain concepts that includes network optimization, multi-echelon inventory management, hub & spoke modelling, cross-docking, reverse logistics, cost-benefit analysis

- Demand Management, Supply Management, S&OP, Sourcing, Inventory Optimization, Network Optimization, Logistics and Supply Chain Modeling and Simulation

- End to end holistic thinking taking into account key performance indicators such as Speed, Cost, Profitability, Reliability and Customer Experience

- Strong organization, problem solving and communication skills as well as team leadership skills are necessary. Proactive, critical thinking and follow up organization skills are necessary. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi task and interact with internal and external customers and take critical business decisions

- Accuracy, timeliness and quality of designs, proposals, documentation, project implementations and Reporting Design reviews and design standardization

Educational Qualification:

Industrial Engineering Graduate preferably with an MBA with 5-8 years- experience in an Operation Development role in SCM or related industry
