- Experience in end to end e-commerce consumer funnel

- Understanding customer problems to scale customer acquisition, drive habit formation & repeats

- Ability to distill actionable consumer insights from platform behaviour of Flipkart users

- Propose solutions across on platform & off platform marketing channels and by leveraging events & occasions; e.g. marry understanding of customer cohorts to competitive positioning of Flipkart's offering and communicating it to the consumer

- Come up product & business interventions to improve for consumer journey & experience on platform

- Experience in the grocery vertical preferred
