Associate Director - CX Design

You are responsible for:

- Design lead at Customer experience for all non-order node & BU-facing charter and assisted commerce.

- The person would be responsible for Customer experience metrics viz. CTU, repeats, and resolution time for the above journey node

- Consumer finance and fintech becomes one of the key charters for the lead

- BU-specific pain and working within JN owners (fwd/ rev) to solve for experience & CTU

- Assisted commerce across potential BUs making it self-sustainable and an independent revenue-generating arm for Flipkart

- Data handling

- Stakeholder management
