About the team :

Our Team actively participates and supports in design, structure, implement and end to end management of the business model, in compliance with the guidelines issued by the external environment for E-Commerce.

About the role & what you will do :

- Develop business models to support strategic initiatives and changing external environment.

- Partner closely with the Finance & Business Leaders / Teams in articulating and implementing strategic decisions and manage relationship with cross functional Teams.

- Prepare Annual Operation Plan for the function/segment.

- Review, monitor and control the actuals in line with the AOP and approvals.

- Engage and co-ordinate with Big-4/external consultants/Advisors to meet the business requirements.

- Co-ordinate with the auditors and ensure timely completion of audits and reports.

- Ensure adherence to the regulatory, statutory and compliance requirements.

- Prepare standardized Financial Information Decks / reporting for submission to the Consol Team.

- Prepare financial and process evaluations in all areas of the business.

- Providing meaningful, concise and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial matters and performance.

- Prepare, review and publish business/compliance tracker reports to the management.

- Ad-hoc business performance reporting.

- Present the monthly and quarterly financial & performance reports for the function/segment.

What you'll need :

- Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and implement multiple complex projects, people management, and communications to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or equivalent

- 8-10+ years of experience preferred

- Flexibility, problem solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to partner and build strong working relationships with senior Finance leadership.

- Coaching, counselling, and people management skills

- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

- Drive tasks independently with other functions and proactive alignment with all stakeholders
