Manager- Demand planning and forecasting role Role Definition You will be responsible for managing the crux of business and will be in power of influencing decisions that will have an impact on the highest order. Key parts of the role will include Planning - Providing right inputs for sustaining sales- Analysing and understanding the dynamics of each brand and model and identifying potential areas basis the same - Understanding market trends and identifying opportunities for the category Analytics - Handling entire GTM analytics end to end- from identifying potential marketing areas to tracking performance and taking actions basis the same Forecasting - Assisting in solving one of the most challenging problems of business: Forecasting. - Responsible for analyzing the impact of marketing on sales (for event and BAU) and assisting in building a model to calculate the impact Skills required - A knack for data analysis and solid foundation in excel workbook - Knowledge of R/ Basic SQL and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics/ Abobe discover or Omniture) - Eye for details and rigor for learning - Proactive and self-motivated - High Bias for action and perseverance
