What you'll do : - Analyze inbound, inventory and outbound data, develop meaningful insights for continuous improvement - Monitor, track and present the daily / weekly / monthly metrics - you will be the complete owner all the DC metrics. - Do detailed RCA on any deviation on the performance metrics and workout corrective, preventive actions in collaboration with DC managers - Create insightful presentations for leadership discussions - Work with the DC managers and program manage the cross deployment of best practices across the zone - Keep challenging the status-quo based on detailed data analysis and insights to improve the processes / metrics - Work with central and planning teams to create monthly inbound and dispatch plan - Work with multiple stakeholders and DC managers and do cost optimization projects - You will be the custodian of anything and everything to do with numbers, data analysis, presentations and program management for the entire zone. Desired Skills and Experience : - 3+ Yrs experience in Supply chain - Very good data analysis skill - Excellent in MS Excel and Power Point - Program management - Effective communication skills
