You will own the entire HR function - Recruitment, Employee Engagement & Performance Management.

The Role :

The key responsibilities are:

- Recruitment : This will be the major responsibility. We need to get the right people; within timelines. This is a critical requirement for FLIP's business growth. You will understand business goals and manage innovative sourcing strategies, to ensure success.

- Onboarding & Training: Manage the onboarding process and training of new joiners, to ensure that they settle in their roles asap and start delivering. Also, institutionalize efficient onboarding processes

- Employee Motivation & Engagement: Ensure and institutionalize high employee motivation and engagement levels.

- Performance Appraisal: Manage the performance appraisal process of the entire company.

- You will enjoy the responsibility and freedom, to innovate, design and implement the best HR practices and be a critical contributor to FLIP's growth.

Who You Are :

- An MBA, with 2 - 4 years' relevant experience; with proven success in recruitment management.

- Bright, innovative, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, Graduation and MBA

- Excited about a startup culture; high responsibility, high learning.

- Happy to relocate to Mysore.
