What's the Job :

- ELearning Development is the core of our business. We have an in-house production team, which focuses on (a) building new programs for our product catalogue for both B2B & B2C (b) customizing for B2B clients.

- Our methodology is unique: we use a team of finance students trained in learning design, to build the eLearning courseware.

- Learners span young graduates to mid-managers, across roles and divisions.

Your KRAs :

- Understand the context of each course - the audience, learning needs, and timelines.

- Arrive at a solution for the best medium for design, delivery, etc, based on course & audience

- Guide the team through story-boarding, designing and development.

- Train and enhance the team constantly, to ensure best practices of design and development

- Ongoing initiative to research, innovate and develop best-in-class eLearning design (including m learning) - with focus on rapid authoring.

- Upgrade existing library to meet global standards.

Who you are :

The following attributes are critical :

- Excellent learning design and development skills

- Successful (8 years +) experience in eLearning design and development, for a variety of audiences; you should not have only worked on templatized development.

- Experience in use of audio and video tools

- High degree of creativity and a passion for innovation

- Experience in mentoring and managing a team
