Flinto - Vice President/Assistant Vice President - Supply Chain & Sourcing (5-15 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain professional to join our team. As VP/AVP Supply Chain, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Duties and responsibilities
- Own the development of near-term and longer-term Manufacturing network capacity solutions
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Sourcing Optimization and Strategic Plan work for Flinto across its consumer and enterprise verticals
- Lead development of near-term and longer-term strategic initiatives impacting Flinto's product roadmap
- Work cross-functionally Product, Sales, Operations and Customer Service to define, analyze and develop go-forward recommendations to senior leaders based on executional and strategic considerations, including capacity, capability and business case
- Develop a pipeline of Network productivity projects based on financially sound business cases to support investment decisions
- Update and interact with CXO team on strategic initiatives progress and elevating critical or time sensitive decisions/issues as appropriate
- Have a deep knowledge of network optimization
- Serve as internal consultant addressing ad hoc requests, questions and/or projects
