Job Responsibilities: - Provide near and long-range forecasting to enhance strategic decision making (strategy planning, annual profit plan, and monthly outlook) - Rigorously tracking and analysing financial and operational performance of the company - Utilize knowledge of processes and systems to advise cross-functional teams on appropriate data sources for analysis - Drive improvements in key financial processes to optimize efficiency and quality of data - Deliver analytical insights and influence decision-making for marketing and business teams - Support the CXO team on fundraising initiatives. Interface with current and future investors on key communication lines. - Prepare and support the finance and other operations teams on the due diligence. Qualifications : MBA or Post Graduate in Management from a premier institute/ Chartered Accountant/ CFA Experience : Minimum relevant experience of 3-5 years, existing networks Skills :&nbsp; - Strong understanding of corporate credit analysis, Cash Flow Based Financial Analysis and Products structuring for Corporates - Knowledge of legal framework, regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable laws/regulations required for transactions. - Strong negotiation skills and problem solving attitude - Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal) - Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. - Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated individual having an ability to work individually and as part of a team.
