We are building Flicksbuddy as a One-Stop solution to solve the problem of What, Where & When to Watch; for OTT & Movie audiences. The idea is to build it as a Content + Social Network platform.

The vision is to be India's #1 dedicated platform for Movie & TV show fans, enabling them to make the right entertainment choices.

Phase 1 of the product is live with some initial content features (OTT Release Calendar, OTT watch guide) on https://flicksbuddy.com/.

Will soon be adding content features like watchlists, watch-guides etc. Social networking features will come in later.

I am a solo-founder, and looking for a CTO-Cofounder, who can completely lead & own the product development & tech piece:

- Build the Social Networking features with an MVP approach.

- Build the product and technology roadmap, and integrate advanced tech like AI & ML

- Oversee the regular product improvements, iterations, optimizations etc.

If you are currently employed full time we can also work out a part-time co-founder arrangement till the time we get our initial funding.

- With 50+ OTT platforms and 350 Mn+ OTT users, India's online video streaming space has exploded in last few years

- This has also given rise to a problem of plenty where users are unable to decide what to watch

- The existing content discovery and watch decision process is extremely fragmented across multiple platforms like google, IMDB, news sites, social media etc.

- We trust our friends for reviews and recommendations; therefore, Flicksbuddy is envisioned as a social network of Movie & TV show fans, where friends and community help each other decide "What to Watch?"

Who are you?:

- Experience in end-to-end product management and full-stack development, focused on user experience and design thinking, with business strategy.

- Strong knowledge and experience with AI & Machine Learning

Compensation:

- Till the time we get the funding, it will be a combination of Investment equity, sweat equity and ESOPs - details of which can be worked out basis mutual discussion

I am currently a solo founder, and have 13+ years of experience in Brand Building, Digital & Social Media & Strategy; across brands like Citibank & Snapdeal. Looking to build a strong team with co-founders having complementary skill sets.
