PROJECT MANAGER - The Project Manager will partner with various teams across FlexiLoans to execute continuous improvement and process reengineering efforts with a goal of improving operational efficiencies and customer experience. Core Responsibilities : - You will work on producing business-required research and analysis, generating strong business insights, and understanding implications. - Execute process improvement analysis, identify issues, formulated actionable opportunity recommendations, design solutions, and quantify operational benefits - Lead a series of projects and initiatives, evaluate progress and quality, manage issue resolution process, and take appropriate action as needed to ensure timely and effective project oversight - Integrate effective change management and training techniques to drive enhanced standardization and alignment - Develop effective presentations &amp; project update material suitable for stakeholders &amp; business partners regarding overall project progress and recommendations/decisions Qualifications &amp; Skills : - Candidates should be Engineer from Tier 1 institute with 3-6 years of relevant experience in consulting/ Project management - MBA from top-tier institute/university with strong academic records 2-3 years of relevant experience in consulting/ Project management - Candidates should possess excellent analytic, work planning, communication, and team skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required. - Preference for the candidates who have done Project management in consulting companies and has an understanding of banking products for SME
