The role in a gist:

As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be working on bringing the vision of the Founder into operations. You will be responsible for driving initiatives and supporting the Founder in strategic planning activities as well as cross-functional projects. Sounds like you? What you will work on:

Driving strategic initiatives:

- Oversee new strategic business initiatives through successful execution in coordination with Team Heads and other team members

- Ensuring periodic progress tracking and Level 1 problem solving on behalf of the Founder

- Work closely with Founder on special projects - strategize, execute and run it to success and then planning to scale the same

- Improve current processes and develop procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity

Managing reviews, meetings, and action items:

- Oversee meeting cadence for all Founder meetings

- Work with the Founder in increasing the effectiveness of meetings via tracking of discussion points and actionables

Dashboard, Analytics and insights:

- Analyse data it to deliver actionable insights and define key programs

- Competition insights and latest updates on various matters

The ideal candidate:

- Highly driven and motivated individual with ability to get hands-on where required

- Ability to collaborate with and work with multiple stakeholders

- Process oriented and analytical mindset

- Excellent communication and project management skills

Qualification and Experience:

- 3+ yrs of experience with MBA preferably from a Tier-1 business school

- Technical background would be a plus

- Exposure to a dynamic growth environment particularly in startups would be an added advantage.
