The job holder initiates and is responsible Banking, Fund raise, Accounting, compliance and reconciliaitons.  Responsibilities :   Mandatory Requirement : Must be into Accounts and Finance role of a Bank OR NBFC  Must be a CA  Job Description:  1. Accounts finalization and statutory audit :  a. Finalization of accounts including consolidated financial statements, segmental reporting, audit, certification and other procedures requiring inter-face with auditors  b. Consolidation of Accounts with Subsidiaries & Joint Ventures Companies  c. Supervision of day to day accounts and scrutiny of voucher  2. Tax Compliance and regulatory reporting :  a. Income tax computations including advance tax and deferred tax calculations, advance tax, financial details, for assessment proceedings, service tax compliances, including filling of returns, financial and regulatory reporting to RBI.  b. Monthly payment of service tax, service tax credit and filing of half yearly and annual return  c. Tax Audit, checking of TDS certificate and filing of e- tds return, regular Tax Assessment and follow up of TDS certificate  3. Financial Reporting and Accounting :  a. Month-end/Year-end closing, general Ledger Reconciliation and Schedule Preparation, GAAP Reconciliations, Corporate reporting, general ledger scrutiny and financial reporting securities business.  Post disbursement Operation :   - Handling modern loan administration and maintenance of loan books including processing payments/disbursements in line with approved terms, monitoring repayments/recovery, reviewing legal documentation to identify compliance and reporting obligations required for monitoring through the life of the facility and ensuring full loan covenant compliance and that all terms and conditions of the respective deals are adhered to   - PDC, ECS, NACH management and EMI banking  - Daily Bank Reconciliation and Loan account reconciliation  - Daily and monthly GL reconciliation.  - NBFC Compliance and audit and other operational compliances  - Third party tie-ups for scaling up operations  - Implementing improvements in loan management system  - Treasury and fund raising  - Responsible for performing various fund disbursement and fund accounting activities within the Treasury function.  - Monitor the fund balances, forecast and manage fund flows and ensure adequate liquidity for working capital requirements  - Managing banking relationship and role out new banking products for automation  - Debt fund raise and   Requirements :   - Commerce Graduate  - ICWA / CA  - Sound experience of at least 5 years with a BANK / NBFC  - Ability to interact with senior officials and Auditors  - GOOD verbal and written communication skills in English.  Only Mumbai candidates can apply  Hanesha Shanklesha Flexiloans Technologies Pvt Ltd 9833445595
