About Position: FlexiLoans is currently looking for Financial Planning &amp; Analyst for preparation of internal/external financial plans and reports, monthly financial analysis materials, and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization. The position is required to support management planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information and recommending actions. Responsible for reporting and analysis of Business performance to the Management, Business Heads, Functional Heads and other key stakeholders. - Communication with the stakeholders for business analytics, planning, forecasting, budgeting. - Simulating and studying the impact of any key business results, decisions etc - Business analytics of verticals, products, customer channels etc. and highlighting impacts, discussions for corrective actions and controls on key business parameters. - Budgeting &amp; planning process of the organization and for various business verticals. - Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting and presenting information. - Recommends financing structures (debt and equity) and considers the company's cost of capital - Performs ad hoc analysis as required Building annual operating plan of future company performance - Budgeting, Forecasting and Variance Analysis - Builds and maintains a corporate financial model that details the entire company's operations and future performance - Daily and Monthly reporting of Closely watched numbers ( MIS reporting) - Equity Fund raise support with Plan Diligence, analysis and reporting - Debt Fund raise support with Plan, Diligence, analysis and reporting Debt raise support and reporting requirements - Builds and manages financial databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources - Prepares financial reports for internal use at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting and presenting information - Recommends financing structures (debt and equity) and considers the company's cost of capital - Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required - Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices - Explore to Business Accounting &amp; Finance - Assist with other projects as needed - Expense / Revenue Analysis and Management Reporting - Managing worldwide Cost Allocation, Regular reports / dashboards for management on actual / forecasts with alternative views (region, client, business line, etc. ) - Working level understanding of Banking Operation Qualifications, Experience and Competencies Required - Chartered Accountant; Engineer and MBA working in FP&amp;A/ MIS/ Planning division. - 2+ years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis - Highly Proficient in MS Excel Skills - Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. - Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated - Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity. - Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelines.
