Flemingo Duty Free Shops - Company Secretary (3-5 yrs)
Qualified CS with 3-4 yrs of experience in a listed Company.
Location - Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)
- Should be well versed with the rules and regulations of FEMA, Companies Act 2013 and SEBI and listing agreements.
- Preparation of Agenda Board Meetings and committee meetings of listed company.
- Statutory filings under various Act particularly Companies Act, RBI, Stock exchange and SEBI.
- Prepare presentations and other secretarial assistance.
- Records and Registers as required under the provisions of Companies Act.
- Preparation of Procedures and timelines for event based matters.
- Co-ordination with various regulatory / non-regulatory authorities.
- Annual Performance Report (APR), Preparation of Annual Reports.
